This pipe tobacco allegedly came about when a local pipe-man asked the Kendal Brownhouse if they could put together a blend as he was struggling to find his usual tobacco.  On enquiring about their efforts the staff were informed it was perfection and the name stuck. This blend uses Brown & Bright Virginias with a pinch of Latakia and some Turkish leaf. Once blended a vanilla top dressing completes the job.
