Por Larranaga Montecarlo Cuban Cigars - Box of 25 The brand was started by Ignacio Larranaga in 1834 in premises situated at 58 San Miguel Street in Havana. By the time of the Cuban Revolution they were the 6th largest brand of Havanas. Sadly today they are not as well known and production is limited to four vitolas but moves are afoot to revive this once famous brand. The Montecarlo is light brown in colour and could be described as scruffy looking compared to other Cuban brands, but be assured, the long filler leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region guarantee this cigar delivers on both taste and flavour.
