Gawith Hoggarth's Caribbean Coconut is a scrumptious coconut and nougat flavour treat. A natural tasting aromatic with a base of double fermented Black Cavendish and a sprinkling of Virginia leaf, this sweet nutty tobacco surprisingly doesn't contain Burley. The expert blenders at Gawith Hoggarth created this tropical treasure relatively recently and it's proving popular for good reasons. If you haven't tried it yet then you're missing out because although this is a sweet aromatic tobacco it's far from a sugary chemical spill. The balance has been crafted perfectly, with immediately apparent top notch, natural flavourings that don't overpower the senses or the base tobaccos. Opening the packet reveals ready rubbed strands of mostly dark brown to black with lighter Virginia strands woven throughout. The aroma is predominantly coconut with honey-nougat and caramel scents. Smoking this mixture is easy as it loads and lights joyously, giving lots of fragrant creamy, sweet and nutty smoke. The coconut essence lasts throughout the bowl, waning towards the end, becoming more creamy as the bowl progresses.
