The Passatore Rigoletto is a very comfortable pipe to hold. There is a good thickness of wood in the bowl to ensure it doesn't get too hot in your hand. The briar bowls have had a light brown stain applied which lets the grain show and are then treated with a high polish lacquer finish. The yellow acrylic mouthpiece (which has some nice streaks in it) is separated from the shank by a thin black composite ring, smart to look at but not over the top. Please note this is a 9mm filter pipe, it is sold without a filter or 9 mm converter. The pipe has a dustbag and is boxed.
